Sandhya Manoj
Founder & CEO
Sandhya Manoj Kumar is a seasoned Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 30 years of corporate experience and 10+ years as a leadership mentor. Her diverse career spans leadership roles across large corporations, NGOs, and start-ups, specializing in sales, operations, HR, and strategic growth.
In her previous role as Executive Director & Country Head at Community Business (India), Sandhya led initiatives in DE&I, driving business strategy across Asia. She also served as CEO of Foundation For Excellence India Trust (FFE), overseeing operations, strategy, and development.
A proven leader, Sandhya has built organizational structures, led cross-functional teams, and developed impactful processes. As founder of Teamworx Consulting, she focused on senior talent recruitment and mentoring, while her earlier career included a successful stint as Regional Sales Manager at Monster.com.
With expertise in leadership development, customer orientation, and team building, Sandhya brings a wealth of experience to organizations seeking transformative leadership solutions.
